NIO House Beijing Huaxi Live

NIO House is NIO’s user center, integrating vehicle exhibition with community space: a clubhouse whose owners take part in the events and everyday life it hosts. Unlike earlier NIO Houses confined to interiors within existing malls, the Beijing Huaxi Live commission offered the opportunity to remodel an existing structure inside and out — an architectural approach spanning space planning, facade design, interior design, and furnishing.

Carried from initial concept through design development, the project reorganizes the building around the rhythms of its community, giving the brand’s public life a calm, precisely detailed architectural frame.
